American Express Membership Rewards - Any 2x Restaurant + Grocery MR earning card?

Does this card exist in the Amex line? I can't find any with this benefit combo.

2x MR on restaurant
2x MR on grocery

Get the PRG + Zync and add restaurant pack. Zync is a great card when paired with a full MR card because you can get 2x points added on ("packs") for $10-25/year and they become "full" MR points when you have it linked to the same MR account as a Green, Gold, Plat or Cent.

Then use the PRG for daily spend (for 15k booster), gas, grocery and airfare and the Zync for restaurants + whatever other pack(s) you get. At a conservative 1cpm, the extra $50 for Zync (AF + restaurant pack) would pay for itself after just $5k in restaurant spend per year (of course you could just get restaurant gift cards with the PRG in the grocery store, but then your options are limited). Don't forget a lot of bars are coded as restaurants, so you'll get double points there quite often.

Note that each 2X Zync pack is capped at $5,000 spend per 12 months.

I currently have the MB Amex (not the platinum one) that gets 2x on restaurant, and I *think* its unlimited? At least Im spending under that assumption. I spend about $12K on restaurants/year and $5K on groceries (Im single, cant cook ;)), so I guess its better for me to just stick with MB and not earn a multiple on groceries. I dont know if I can make PRG worth it since all my travel + discretionary spending is on a different card.

Does anyone know if MB is "full" MR participation? I also have the platinum, and am thinking about dropping it.
