Virgin Atlantic Flying Club - Best seats B747 premium Economy

Hi Guys
I'm on the VS 45 to JFK on Friday in premium economy and was wondering which seat (barring the bulkhead seats ) would be good for 2 people travelling. I am 5"2 and my brother is 5"7.
I haven't travelled in this aircraft much and the times that I have I either got op-up or op- down!

Any two seats on the side, i.e. AC or HJ will be fine, the further forward the better.
