We booked an all inclusive package through a UK tour operator for a week in August and have 2 standard rooms (1 x twin and 1 x Double) both with extra rollouts as there are 6 of us.
I sent an email on Saturday to the hotel to inquire if there are any benefits for Platinum members and got a very prompt response from Customer Relations offering me complimentary upgrade to connecting rooms with Sea view and offering a very good price to upgrade to a family suite.
I have emailed back asking for details of the suites, ie. how many beds, bedrooms as I cannot find much on the Sofitel website.
Does anyone have previous knowledge or information please?
