Thrifty - Web not showing pending rentals

Thrifty's site hasn't shown reservations in a couple of weeks now. I've gotten an email that they're working on it, but that doesn't help much.

Anyone have additional information?

I don't want to look up a specific reservation. I want to see a list of all my reservations like it had 2+ weeks ago.

I rent from Thrifty 25-30 times per year. Even though I do a good job of tracking my reservations using TripIt, I want to be sure I've rented for every trip. I also need to make sure I didn't accidentally book twice for the same trip (like I found about about this morning and thanks Thrifty for letting my cancel one of them).

Ah. Thought you were talking about the broken reservation lookup function--Thrifty's had an issue for the last couple of weeks where you can't view a reservation (clicking "submit" just returns you to the screen where you enter your confirmation number and last name). We discovered the mobile site as a workaround to that.

As for the list of reservations, are you referring to the one inside of your Blue Chip profile page? That's the only reservation list we're aware of. We weren't aware that one was broken. It's probably related to the other outage referred to above.

Correct. When I log in to the blue chip profile and I used to get a list of upcoming reservations. Since I rent a lot, that's a very helpful feature and I'm missing it quite a bit. Hope it gets fixed soon.

For the record this problem appears to be solved. I e-mailed technical support on the 15th and only got a cookie cutter response that some reservations can't be viewed on thirifty.com (as if after 30-35 rentals a year since 2006 I'm new at this...). When I replied that, no, I had in fact booked it at thrifty.com, they never bothered to reply.

On a whim I tried my confirmation that I needed to cancel and it worked, and the res is now cancelled. I didn't need them authing my credit card in Toronto for a car I had no intention of retrieving.
