Hyatt Gold Passport - GREAT-DEALS Internation locations loaded and site activated
I just checked and the new Great Deal homepage is activated:
www.greatdeal.hyatt.com (http://www.greatdeal.hyatt.com)
You can find some good rates for Hyatt INTERNATIONAL properties.
But always: also check the internet rates, which sometimes can be lower
Enjoy!
Certain frequent flyer programs give you some extra benefits in combination with the Hyatt great deal rates.
For example: Alitalia MM: Upgrade & double FF-miles.Offer code: AZ308
But since most of fellow Hyatt Forum members are diamond, this upgrade benefit is not very useful.
Boy, the posted rates leave a little to be desired too: I checked both France and Chile rates (upcoming trips to both places) and I wouldn't change my current plans to these!

In case you have complaints about my posts, please share with us which better flexible rates YOU have booked during weeekdays at these properties.
Just putting criticism is not very helpful at a forum.
I just want to share valuable content for some interested forum members.

Agree with Ben. We would love to know any and all help on how to secure lower rates, whether it be AAA / Internet or other websites or if you are using priceline / etc.
Thanks again for posting this Ben, obviously you know Mr. BHH and I are pretty clueless when it comes to International Hyatts!

Thank you for posting this interesting link! Indeed I pity myself living in Europe, where the rate level of Hyatt seems unjustifiable high compared to the US - about no hotel under USD 120 - and compared to Starwood, which offers much better deals in Europe.
At least I was able to get the Brussels Barsay for 95 per single room on a weekend night with advance booking. Interesting enough, this rate would not appear once when browing public rates via their website, but you would have to click "View more rates" followed by just pressing "OK" with no rate code entered; imho this is very bad policy of Hyatt (and would be against some Europeans laws) not showing the lowest public rate first.
If anyone knows any other European properties < 100 Euro / USD, please post (also PL stays, of which I am not aware in Europe yet).

Hyatt La Manga resort has winter packages below 100 euro/nt included breakfast, when staying minimum 7 nights.
(A WONDERFUL superb hotel, but who wants to stay here in the winter.)
About lowest public rate / Best rate quoted:
You stated here a very important topic, which I think is so important it deserves its own thread.
When I call Hyatt toll-free line or website I am sure in many rate requests I do not get the lowest rate available.
I have the odd idea, that the person who is checking in besides me at the front desk, always has a lower room rate as I have. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/frown.gif
The same with promotional mailings I receive from Hyatt (and other hotel chains): When I requests the promotions then very often I receive reply: sorry,THIS rate is not available, but I have this....
That is annoying.
HOW OFTEN DO I HEAR:
SORRY, N/A
NO, IS NOT POSSIBLE

Curious, I just booked two weekend rate rooms there at E90 in July, found the rate right on the website and booked via phone. Seemed very easy to find, but maybe I was just lucky.
Edited to add:
When I go to that greatdeal webpage, it says that the promotion ended on Feb 28, did I do something wrong?
