Don't think so. Two separate brands with two separate identities and websites.

Park Inn & Park Plaza are definitely different.
There was a question on Club Carlson's facebook page asking if there would be a Park Plaza promo. The answer was: "We don't have any information on a Park Plaza promotion at this time, but you can check out the countdown to the Park Inn 1+1 Stay One at. . ."
