I think Sir Richard is on the inaugural flight from LHR to YVR on the 24th. That's probably why he's flying in on the new A333 to probably showcase the new UC suites/seats.

I've booked myself on the outbound from YVR to LHR on Saturday 26th cos the next day is again operated by the A333 .. and all UC seats have been blocked out. Yep, Richard's return to the UK.

Damn.. I wish I could book that flight.

My flight is operated by the A346 :(

And as all West Coast flights go, we arrive too late to enjoy the facilities of the Revivals Lounge. Double :(

I was regretting not having the time to go on the inaugural but if J is blocked out I don't regret it so much. :D

I wonder if there's gonna be anything special going on in YVR ?

I hope it lasts longer than Virgin's foray into Toronto. In fact I hope Virgin returns to Toronto; I'm looking at my AC LHR-YYZ flight on Wednesday and all but the one flight that day looks fairly full (Most are showing Y8/Y9 but other fare classes are sold out, and J is almost gone on one flight for AC). It would seem at the moment at least there's not a lot of spare capacity on that route, so it would be nice to have another option.

Well at least on airlines like VS and BA, you know that the people who are sitting in J paid for their seats unlike AC where the majority upgraded ! :p

Word on the street is they'll be lots of VIPs on the inaugural tomorrow.

Does anyone know which company VS is using as their chauffeur drive service in YVR?
