Frontier Airlines EarlyReturns - Elite benefits for Priceline NYOF ticket
I have a priceline (name-your-own-fare) ticket from MCI to BZN. I know that I don't receive mileage/segment credit. However, being Summit, am I still entitled to check my luggage free of charge and other perks, for example strech seating, complimentary snacks, alcoholic drinks, free direct tv?
Thanks,

I'm not certain it's specifically stated anyplace, and your issue may be that because your FF number isn't in there, it won't show Summit on your ticket.
I had this issue on a free ticket booked with my SO's FF miles. I called the Summit line and asked for a seat assignment and to have my FF number added to my flight, and from that point forward it was "normal" in terms of benefits.
If it happens that the Summit line person does not cooperate (which I doubt will happen, but who knows) then I'd make sure to have my Summit card with me when I traveled and present it at the ticket counter, at security, onboard, etc. Even if a NYOP ticket is technically supposed to disqualify you from free bags, free TV, etc (and maybe it is totally legal...I'm not sure), I think it's highly likely they will give you benefits. Hand your Summit card with your ID at the ticket counter, for example. Just in case it is bending the rules, I would not force the issue by pointng out the fare type and forcing a yes or no out of their mouth. And of course being nice always helps.

Thank you for your advice, Knope2001.

I regularly do NYOP on hotels. Getting elite benefits is very hit or miss. I suspect that an airline, which gets very little NYOP traffic, will not quite understand the situation. Whether you get benefits is totally up to the institution that you are booked with.
