they do. but with 25 routes opened, some would work better than others - I am not surprised.

The only routes that are bringing revenue are routes taken back from WX/YS/DB :)

Funerals are a PR event, aren't they? :D

They tried many routes, and instead of trying to predict which would work and which wouldn't, they opted to open several and see what would happen. As a customer, I don't have a problem with that (a shareholder might) as they never really commited to these routes.
