My partner and I will be in Ireland, primarily Dublin, for a week in mid-June. Does anyone know of any gay bars or restaurants where the crowd is mostly 40's and 50's? We enjoy piano and cocktail bars over dance bars.

this may be a little late, but I would recommend The Front Lounge - it tends to attract a less raucous crowd than Dublin's other bars. While not all in the age group you describe it's certainly a more "upscale" place than the few alternatives.

Hmmm, not sure that's what the OP is looking for, the George is the twink bar in Dublin (expect the small part called Jurassic and is hideous)
