I remember watching some video online which featured Randy and several other Fters, one of whom went to Paris for $2 I think. Anyone else done something as big as this (and no, I don't just mean free flights)?
I "did" Venice on €4, that's my best :D ...ok, admittedly just a day-trip from the mainland; I spent the whole day walking around, getting lost, walking around, exploring and getting lost again.
