US Airways Dividend Miles - DCA-London in Envoy Suite for under $2,000

Looks like US is matching BA's sale fare on Business Class seats to London.

I just priced DCA-CLT-LGW return for ~$1920. In the Envoy Suite A330. ^

There may be other departure cities... I haven't looked (where BA flies is a good bet).

Non-stop on UA IAD-LHR is about the same (keeping it on Star carriers).

The BA/AA sale says purchase by May 18th (tomorrow).

Pretty crazy to see Envoy priced around $400 over economy. Both are still out of my price range for a quick trip on short notice, but someday...

What dates did you use to price that? Is it only available out of DCA? I have tried several dates the week of May 28, as well as June 4, and don't see it.
Edit: Just found some seats leaving June 6 and returning June 10th for the 1922 price.

Same here. I feel like I'm playing with fire ... I keep passing up chances to use them all spring on flights alone because I am hoping for late fall stuff to use with companion (spouse!) since the value feels better that way. But if nothing comes through, then I have been a complete idiot over the Atlantic on a couple of sleepless nights.

Virgin Atlantic has matched this fare too and if I were in the market for a paid business class ticket, it would be a tough call for me--- I am a huge fan of the Envoy Suites, and I'm all for avoiding LHR and IAD, but the nonstop and the VS Clubhouse are very attractive to me. That's a really good business class fare and both are really nice products.

I'm seeing LGA/DCA-LGW RTs in Envoy for $2600 with lots of availability in July

I am flying today PHL-LHR and used my CP certs to upgrade on the way over, but when I was first looking at buying a flight the prices for envoy were $2400. I was really tempted, but ended up getting the Y flight for just under $1000.
