Try both VRBO.com and sabbaticalhomes.com for short term rentals worldwide. I've had good luck with both.

In 2008 I spent a couple of months at Studios Montreal in their ST-URBAIN STREET / Des Pins Av. apartment:

Out of them i found http://blog.corporatestays.com/ is good at its best in providing quality accommodation and services at affordable price.

Stellalove and corporate stays and studios Montreal have been spamming tripadvisor with threads like this for some time.

Clear links between Hotel Le President in Sherbrooke and all the other sites.

Shame their businesses are in need of such dubious sales practices.
