Virgin Australia Velocity - Print-out copy of plat card..?

Hi,

Anyway to print-out through the website a copy of my card? I've lost my card and am in the US for a period of time.....need it for lounge access with DL.

OR - Will they send me a replacment card to the US??

No way to print out a copy on their website, but if you can call them, they will email you a letter outlining your status that you can present
