Qatar Airways Privilege Club - Adding special meals to booking

Hi all.

I have a quick question. How can I add a special meal to my upcoming flights, as I forgot to do it at time of booking? I am flying JNB-DOH-OSL in July, and have e-mailed QR here in JNB, but no reply. I cannot see where to do it on QR.com

Any advice?

Please kindly send the private of your booking reference number/ticket number and your preferred special meal so that I can request and send the confirmation to your email address.
