Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked 2 nights in a club deluxe with a free night certificate. Was upgraded to a Senior Suite.
How are the rooms?
Lovely suite with living /dinning room free wifi, good bathroom with Elemis products,house keeping was good, B&O TV and all in good repair.Fruit was in the room on arrival and never replaced gift was a tin of chocs very nice.
How is the IC Club Lounge?
Decent lounge beer all day, full bar after 6pm.OK food.

The mini bar was a joke there were 2 bottles of coke. 2 diet, 4 bottles of waters, orange and 2 beers and that was it absolute disgrace.
On checking out from the Club lounge they tried to charge us for lounge access on both nights,even charging for one would have been out of order as no one had said anything at check-in.Then on insisting they order a taxi for us, we are told there are no taxis as the road in front of the hotel is closed.When we arrive in the lobby 2 minutes later Taxis are outside the hotel and the road isn't closed.
