Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer - 772 sin-del-sin

I am flying this in August in Business class. Is this route have the retrofitted J that debuted a couple years ago? Has it been fully deployed to/from DEL. I am trying to decide between SQ and TG out of BKK.

I flew back on a retrofitted 777-300 from Delhi last night.

I had retrofitted J on SIN-DEL and old old J on DEL-SIN, I think that route is more likely to have a plane changes more so than SQ407/408.

Schedule wise it is fully deployed, but BKK-DEL is only ~4 hrs, vs ~5hrs via Singapore and the extra connecting time, why would you go via SIN for DEL?
