Hello to all,
I am new to Flyertalk. Yesterday while looking for local stores that carry Baggalini products, I found them at the Container Store. Better yet, the Container Store is having an organized travel sale that goes on into June. They have luggage, travel accesories and travel totes. They carry Eagle Creek luggage and the storage/cube system If you spend $100 in May you receive a $15 giftcrd to spend in June.
I purchased a baggalini crossbody bag, a jewelry travel accessory, one Eagle Creek folded shirt organizer, a cosmetic carrier, Space bags and a travel toothbrush. I tried the Space bag last night and was not too pleased with the results. I will try again with clothing, I was trying it with towels I wanted to take on the plane as a gift to my daughter. I shipped the towels today.
I am trying to learn the lightpacking method and just take a carryon roller bag and a tote that fits under the seat. On Frontier they charge for bags and my son-in-law purchsed my ticket to go and take care of their baby while they take a vacation. The ticket is economy fare and does not include checked bags. I could pay the luggage charge, bit I would rather learn to taake less and pack more efficiently. I amke this trip frequently and it will be a good skill to have for future trips. I also have the benefit of doing laundry if needed!
