EL AL Matmid - US call center - 1 big mess

Trying to call the call center, such bad setup, keep on pressing bottons....

What are you trying to do? I use it all the time and never have problems. BTW if you call after 5PM you are transferred to Israel.

The problem is, till you get to an agent, you keep on pressing bottons from one menu to the next, sometimes going over the same questions trice

All call centres are like that. Just say thanks you get someone who speaks proper English, and not some half illiterate in India like most British companies seem to have nowadays.
