Credit Card Programs - World MasterCard for Israel CDW

Which World MC gives CDW for Israeli rentals? Heard that CO Onepass does not, and Chase Sapphire Preffered does, can someone confirm? Is there a website where I can look this up?

I use the Chase Sapphire Preferred Mastercard. Have used it 3 times. Call the Mastercard number to have them issue you a letter before your trip.
