Virgin Atlantic Flying Club - AMEX transfer bonus to Virgin Atlantic?

Does anyone know if/when AMEX has bonus transfer to Virgin Atlantic miles?

if you do a forum search, you will see this thread, (http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/virgin-atlantic-flying-club/1319284-40-extra-miles-amex-membership-rewards-until-31st-march-2012-a.html) from a couple of months back about a targetted bonus offer.

That is the way nowadays apparently, though you will see some found ways round it.

Also, in which country is your AMEX/MR account based? There was a 25% bonus offer in the US which recently expired that I believe was open to everyone (similar to the 50% BA bonus which expires at the end of the month).

I am in the USA Seems there are no current promotions.
