SkyTeam - Best way to book? AMS-HKT-PVG-AMS

Hello!
I'm US-based but making a trip originating in AMS in September. AMS-HKT (via BKK)-PVG-AMS

Our trusty ITA has a fare combination that includes KLM, a KLM-Bankok Airways codeshare, and China Eastern.

But my dilema... how in the world do I book this? I'm trying to stay on Skyteam, while minimizing costs. But booking through KLM's website generates errors :confused: and is priced in EUR whereas I'd prefer using my Delta Amex or at least USD.

Any solutions?

EDIT: Also, calling DAL directly results in a fare that is +$200, even when booking the same fare classes

Have you tried calling a real travel agent? Trying to book through major online travel agencies?

ADDED: If earning miles is a consideration, be sure to check the fare classes on the earnings chart of your FF program.
