Can you provide more details. Is this 10% back just on Radisson hotels, or are Country Inn and/or Park Inn included?
antonius66
May 15, 12, 1:58 pm
It links to the Radisson website, so it should be 10% on anything booked there, which should be all of the properties. There are links to the Country Inn site as well, but it says 5% for that. I am not sure if they just overlooked doubling that link as well, or if they only give the 10% on the Radissons themselves. I can't imagine it is the latter, I would think they just overlooked doubling it, since I read they basically raised it to 10% for this promo because some people suggested it would be a good way to generate traffic.
The Radisson link just says "10% cashback for completed online bookings." Does not specify it has to be Radisson instead of Country Inn or Park.

Thanks all for sharing!! I interpret the blog post as saying that all Club Carlson brand bookings are eligible for 10% cash back if you book through the Radisson link and make sure to search on all Carlson properties. If you click through on the Park Inn or other links, it would appear that you only get 5% cash back. . .

Can I click through the Topcashback link to the Radisson web site and then sign in to other family member's accounts rather than my own? In other words, can I use my Topcashback account for both myself to book my own reservations and then for my wife's bookings too through her Carlson account?

As a function of all these cashback sites (BigCrumbs, eBates), yes you can. The only thing they are tracking is the clickthrough to the site. Who you book for afterwards is of no concern for them. ^

Not familiar with this particular site, but usually the way it works is that some time after a completed purchase made by clicking through the cashback site, your cash back account on that site will post a credit. So, for example, if it's 10 percent and you book a $100 stay, after the stay, you should get a $10 credit posted on the cashback site. They all have different requirements about how you can your money. Some deposit it to paypal, others let you request a check if you exceed a certain threshold amount, etc. They have different waiting periods too.

I am not sure about that. I do not know if they can track within the Radisson site to give you 10% off once you select Country Inns, but please be aware that the Topcash site has a separate entry for Country Inns and it denotes a 5% cash back.
FWIW, I used my pre-existing Mr.Rebates site and it is clear that for both Radisson and Country Inns, either is a 7% cash back.

It seems that in order to trigger the $5 referral bonus, your referee must earn at least $10 cash back. http://www.topcashback.com/account/Referrals/terms
Note, for the above bonuses to be applied, your friend must authenticate their account and reach a cashback threshold of $10.00 of payable or claimed transactions.
This will probably be easy for those who can do 2 out of the 3 promos but if you can only do 1 because that's the only hotel brand near you, you won't get the bonus unless the room costs at least $100. I am not sure if tax is included or the cashback is paid on just the room rate or any food you charge to your room as well.

I booked 2 through the Radisson link but so far they have not shown up like the others. I already completed them and they have not shown up at all. However, I went to submit a missing claim ticket and the drop down box DID show the date that I booked the Park Inn stays and listed the Radisson site, so they DID track...but they are not coming up at all. This has been 5 days after I booked them which none of my Radisson or Park Inn reservations took that long. I suspect there will be an issue with them.

Anyone use AAA rate in combo with TCB? I had no problem tracking, but TCB says the merchant declined. This is my first transaction that has made it out of pending, so not a good start.
I had two AAA-rate reservations this weekend (booked weeks ago) and both show as payable for $0.00.
If your transaction is now showing as Payable at 0.00, this generally means that the merchant has declined the transaction or informed us that the purchase made is not eligible for cashback.
We are not told the reason for this at this stage but it may include one the following:
You cancelled or returned the order or part of the order
You used an unauthorised promotional/voucher code not published by Top CashBack
You did not meet the merchant’s terms and conditions (see merchant’s page)
You asked for a quote but didn’t make a purchase
You used a saved/renewal quote to make your purchase
Should you see no reason for the merchant making this decision and are not affected by any of the above, please submit a Missing CashBack Claim using the form within the Customer Care Section.
I'm reporting them this morning. There were no mentions of the rate not being eligible prior to booking. And hey, it can't hurt at this point. Based on a lot of reports, I'm keeping my TCB expectations low.

Jun 18, 12, 10:23 am
Yeah, had the same. Took a look at submitting a claim and I think I found the problem. It first asks what day you made the reservation and then asks when you actually stayed. You can only pick from the drop down menus. Unfortunately, they have the same date filled in for both, which is incorrect. I, like most, made my reservation before my stay, so the dates should have been different, but instead, are showing the same with no way to change it. Looks like I need to submit a general support claim before I can submit a cash back claim.
I was thinking TCB was okay because I have probably 20/20 tracked claims, no issues there. Further, I don't have an objection if it takes 4-6 weeks to verify and pay. Submitting two claim forms for $8, which may or may not work, has me thinking. I'm going to let the other claims shake out and see what happens, but I did want to point out the drop down was incorrect, at least in my case.

I think they're receiving enough claims to at least warrant updates to the Radisson merchant notes, in dark green below. Maybe it's just to buy more time to research and respond.
It still doesn't explain the post-stay, "declined by Radisson" line. In fact it reinforces that the cash back should be changed from the initial $0 after the stay. Also note, there are no exclusions based on rate, other than earnings only for the cash portion of a cash&points stay. Meh :( . I'll give them the benefit of the doubt until my appeal is finished. This will be a one-and-done for me using TCB if actually denied.

A day after I booked, an entry in my TCB account showed tracking at $0. A couple days after my Radisson stay, another entry showed indicating the proper 10% cash back. Today, about a month later, I see the $0 entry shows declined by Radisson and the 10% entry was paid to my account. It seems that if you did not get a proper 10% entry shortly after your stay, something was wrong a while ago.
I booked the full double gold points rate as it was a work expense.

I'm glad I saw this thread as it reminded me to check my account. I signed up for TCB solely for this deal and it looks as though the $$ for my Radisson stay was authorized, but I was declined by Country Inns (I guess because I booked using Radisson's 10% link instead of Country Inn's 5% link. That's what I get for trying to be crafty. ;-))
So $5.94 is now winging it's way to my Paypal account. Better than nothing, I guess.

I checked award wallet the other day and mine and my wife's topcahsback accounts showed payable dollars. Didn't have time to get the money and was going to wait until other purchases I made cleared. but then I ran award wallet again today and i see that my available cash has dropped. On both mine and her accounts we have denied Radisson entries that were payable the other day. what a pain. I despise having to chase down people to get them to do what they are supposed to do. I have submitted claims. Hopefully everyone does and Topcahsback feels the pressure of so many claims and bad publicity. I hope the bloggers are reading this.

His Radisson stay has been tracking but saying $0 and moved to payable at $0--however, this actual stay is in the future. Park Inn never even showed up. All were booked through the TCB link to the Radisson site and the lowest rate purchased--which for all was a non-refundable, pay in advance rate
For my account, my Country Inn stay which was booked several weeks ago and stayed at this past weekend, is showing at $0 pending. Nothing is showing at all for my upcoming Park Inn stay. And my Radisson stay isn't applicable since it was through my work travel agency

TopCashback is going to loose out on a good field of potential customers here if they don't get this stuff straightened out. Their payouts are good, but that is only IF you get them. If I only have a 50% success rate in getting paid then the rates are NOT good. Also, I do not like their stance on issues. Something to the effect of "we are just a middleman and have no control, but we hope the merchant will award in your favor" No good in my book. TCB has the contracts with the merchants. We go to TCB because they promise a certain rebate. If we meet the terms and conditions of the purchase, I expect the rebate company (TCB) to go to bat and get the issue fixed as they have the merchant relationship. I am not very impressed so far. If they get my issues resolved I will keep using to see if things improve. If not that's it, I am bailing on them and will recommend that my friends and family do as well.

Hi everyone,
My name's Natasha and I look after TopCashBack.com.
FlyerTalk has kindly given me permission to respond to your comments, so I would like to keep you abreast of what has happened, what the current state of play is and what we are doing to remedy a hitch with a batch of transactions and stays that were made through our Radisson and Country Inns & Suites pages.
This is a message we are sending out to all members who have made bookings via our Radisson and Country Inns & Suites pages since May 14th:
Hi there,
We're contacting you as we noticed you made at least one booking with Radisson and/or Country Inns & Suites since May 14th and we want to keep you fully informed about a small hitch that occurred with these merchants.
The hitch happened between June 7th and 21st, resulting in any transactions/bookings made and/or completed stays during this time with these merchants automatically showing in TopCashBack accounts, and remaining, at $0 or declined.
All other bookings with completed stays outside of this period should not be affected and should show at 10% cashback once your stay has been completed. If your transaction and stay occurred outside of this time frame but is not showing as expected, please submit a claim to us through your account.
The blip was ironed out on June 22 and the hoteliers have promised that ALL valid bookings and stays during June 7th and 21st will still have their cashback honored. We have been working hard to organize a way to ensure our affected members are paid their cashback as seamlessly as possible and we will write back to you as soon as the method has been finalized. Hopefully it will simply be a case of the cashback automatically updating in members’ accounts.
Please accept our apologies for this hiccup in service and the delay in relaying it to you. We appreciate your patience very much and will send a message with an update soon. Due to the 4th July holiday it may take until the end of next week to hear back from the businesses concerned, but we will give you further details – hopefully with final, very positive, information - as soon as possible.
Very best wishes,
The TopCashBack Team
I'm very sorry for any frustration, annoyance or worry that's been felt, and that it's take longer than I would have liked to get a full picture of not only what's happened, but how we will resolve getting the missing cashback to affected members.
As soon as we know how or when the funds will be reaching members, we will send out another message to accounts and I will post the update in this thread too.
I did read in this thread that a couple of members were concerned that they had booked and stayed at Park Inn hotels but their cashback hasn't appeared. It was confirmed to me verbally and in writing that Radisson, Country Inns & Suites and Park Inn bookings made via Radisson's link would all earn cashback. If you have not found this to be the case with Park Inn, please submit a claim to us (to avoid confusion, the merchant name you will have to select in the claims drop-down list is Radisson) and we will take a look at what's happened.
I hope this information helps to alleviate your concerns, although I'm sure the best way for that to happen is when you see that the cashback has appeared and is ready for withdrawal. If allowed to, I'm happy to batch-answer any further questions you may have in this thread over the coming weeks.
Many thanks for reading this,
Natasha

In addition, I show two referrals - one for my Wife's Country Inn, which appeared pending at the same time her CI&S showed pending and became payable a couple weeks back and one from the Conga, which just showed up.
I just got an email from TCB, which notes in relevant part:

If all of the cashback and points post, my wife and I should get ~412,000 CC points from these promos for ~$628 (.15 cents per point) which includes 5 stays we needed to make anyway and one which was a mini-weekend vacation. Not too bad. :D

Natasha:
Thank you very much for coming here and explaining a bit about what is going on. Yesterday, I submitted claims on two Park Inn stays from May and I am also waiting on cashback from one Radisson stay during the Period of Troubles. So far I have been impressed with the response to my claims and general information concerning the status of all of my cashback.
More than anything it is how companies deal with problems that defines how customers regard those companies. I think a lot of people here joined TCB because of the Radisson promotion and if issues are resolved satisfactorily then you will have a lot of happy new customers. My impression to date is that TopCashBack is more like FatWallet, who have always gone to bat for me, and far less like Cartera, who actively screws their customers.
Again, thank you for coming here to let us know that TCB is working on the problems. I hope you will return regularly with updates, even if the update is no more than that TCB and Radisson are still working on the problem.
As an aside, can you confirm that Park Plaza reservations booked through the Radisson website will also earn 10% cashback, especially given that they are also now running a BigNightGiveaway promotion? Thank you!

Hi Ike,
You are more than welcome.
Your Park Inn stays will certainly be investigated to see what's happened with its tracking in its entirety, and I'm hoping that your Radisson cashback will automatically update once everything is worked out.
I will most certainly return as frequently as possible.
With regards to Park Plaza; I would suggest you work on the assumption you will get 5%. When I liaised with Radisson/its agent I specifically asked whether all bookings with Radisson, Country Inns & Suites and Park Inn would track via the Radisson link, and at its rate, in my email. I was told they would. Because I didn't specify Park Plaza, and especially as there seems to be a faux pas with Park Inn, my best guess is it will be 5% as per its own TCB page. I will clarify this with Radisson when I speak to the team next week though. It would be wonderful to come back to you with 180 degrees news, but please don't wait for an answer if that means you're gambling with missing out on being one of the first 20,000 to take up the Ultimate Night Giveaway offer.
Many thanks for communicating with me,
Natasha

Update:
At 12:33 EDT I got notification that my Radisson stay from 06/16 was credited and I checked the TCB site and confirmed that it was, in fact, credited properly.
I'll patiently await the findings on Park Inn. My Park Plaza stay isn't for another month and change so I'll probably just wait on booking that until after it is determined if it is 5% or 10% We are already registered for the promo.
Thanks!

My stay was May 21, so before the date range where the "hitch" occurred. Transactions show up with $0 cashback.
I assumed it was because I did a BRG on the stay, but I see that some posters have gotten cashback on their BRG'ed stays. So I've filed a claim and will give it a shot. In my ClubCarlson account, the stay shows up as $0 as a result of the BRG though. Don't really have high hopes on this one.

I feel misled by the TopCashBack Radisson link that said 10%. While Radisson Inn posted 10% as advertised, the Radisson-Country Inn shows pending for what looks like only 5% cashback instead of the expected 10%. The Radisson-Park Inn hasn't posted anything at all yet, not even as pending for a stay done 2 weeks ago.

You have to wait until the status goes from Pending to Payable, I believe. That could take a few more weeks. Once it's 'Payable', you can request a payout to Paypal.

Hi everyone,
I hope you all had enjoyable celebrations yesterday.
I just want to let you know that, although I'm yet to have an update on when bookings and stays during the affected period will be corrected (due to the necessary people being away from their offices during Independence Day week), I've been keeping an eye on this thread daily. I'm very glad to see that some transactions seem to be working their way to each status they should be.
I will try and jog along communications and will be back again soon with more information.

I need to book a park plaza hotel. should I book through radisson link or park plaza link? if topcashback is give 10% back on all club carlson hotels, it should include park plaza too. but as a separate park plaza link exist, would I be obliged to use it? any experience?

Hi Ike and maplenight,
I've not had confirmation that Park Plaza Hotels stays will track at 10% via the Radisson link however I've increased the cashback to 10% on Park Plaza Hotels's direct TopCashBack page - until July 15, to coincide with the 10% Radisson et al promotion's end.
Please use the Park Plaza Hotels direct page as this route will definitely work to get 10% cashback.
I hope that helps.

Park Inn stays should be eligible for CB. See:
. . .
Natasha
To date I have had one Country Inn stay and one referral payable. They both took about a month after the associated stay. I have a second referral, a second Country Inn, and a Radisson (from the problem period) that are all about a month old that show pending. I have a second Radisson from last week that shows pending and two Park Inns from two months ago that do not show at all, and for which I sent support tickets three weeks ago. Finally, I have two future Park Plaza stays showing as $0.
Other than the Park Inn issue, things are going pretty well. Perhaps people have different experiences with CB sites, but Fatwallet pays after about 3 months I think and BigCrumbs about 1.5-2.5 months. Oh, and Cartera sites NEVER pay!

Topcashback could NOT award multiple bookings for the same hotel made in a short time.
It would only award cashback for the first or the last booking.
The rest bookings will display as $0 cashback in cashback history.
This is true at least for country inn hotels and has been proven twice.
Of course, as a rule of thumb, we cleared the cache, and clicked through topcashback's link again for a new booking.
Other old cashback websites such as mr rebates or ebates do NOT have such problem.

I did the referral conga line thing for both me and my wife, neither the conga showed that ours were used for signup but we never received any referral $$ maybe those signing up didn't make a purchase. Mot much I can do about that, but the fact that I have to jump through all these hoops, and constantly follow up on transactions just to get the money, or the purchase to track (not just Club Carlson) is such a hassle. I am just tired of it. other sites don't have these issues. They have a lower rate, but if I only get 50-80% of the promised money, then TCB is NOT the best deal.
I know that to some extent this is the nature of the game we play, but if the other click through sites can get it mostly right why can't TCB? It is too bad because they advertise good rates, and I was willing to move my business there but such is life.....

I actually had a couple of transactions go payable. I was waiting to make one large cash out but a few days ago I noticed a message showing up on the payable transactions that said the following:
Unfortunately the following transactions can’t be included in your payment as since it became ‘Payable’ there has been a reporting inconsistency for this transaction. Please can you check this later at which point we hope to have it resolved and included in your payout. If you don’t believe you still qualify for this transaction, please click the ‘Cancel Transaction’ button

I sent them a support ticket-actually opened up an old one from the first time my husband's referral disappeared. I got an auto-email with my referral link.

I think it's growing pains and interactions with club Carlson. I have every one of my may and June, claims with plastic jungle, both buying and selling GCs in payable. Julys are pending for proper amount. My club Carlson are more sketchy. If you click on earnings by date, I can see that my first ones did not post properly and were resubmitted without any action by me. I have a couple that are now payable, and some others that are still screwed up. My husbands stay from last week is showing the proper amount and pending. I suspect they have the club Carlson thing fixed but have two months of screwed up accounts that happened to coincide with the promo. I suspect patience is key here and from what I can see, it takes two months from purchase to get cash back.

2 stays tracked (Country Inn and Radisson)and confirmed with $0 payable
3rd stay at Park Inn still missing
account 2, 3, 4: stays at Park Inn and Radisson not tracked still corresponding back and forth with topcashback.
It does look ridiculous: claims were submitted, then asked to confirm which hotel, now asked to forward reservations (why don't they ask for them when the claim is filed?) - I guess to drag the time. My correspondence is already at almost 2 months. Plus, confirmed trackings with correct $ amonts show $0 payable?!

I am having many of the same problems mentioned here for my Radisson stay. First, no cashback shows up. After I submit a claim, it properly shows up. Then, payable is $0.00. Now I have just sent them a message to ask why payable is $0.00.
It looks like they are intentionally doing this to drag it out in the hopes that people just give up. I don't think they intend to pay up, just keep my money that they get from Radisson. This just confirms in my mind that topcashback is a scam. I encourage everybody to avoid them like the plague in the future, if everybody does this, they'll die.

I think some FTer really push TCB so much that I think they might have something to do with it. I can see that they have some good idea about fair play that they don't earn $ on your cash back. I don't think their business model works - it's not enough to support a site through ads.
I still have mine $0 payable, and according to them I have to wait 30 days. So I'll give it time since the other cash back companies have a 45 days pending time.

If you're in the US, you can transfer it to a bank account by ACH for free. Requesting a cheque sent out does cost money. I'm not sure what country you may be from but a way around it could be to transfer it to another Paypal account (yours or someone else perhaps) for free. That Paypal account can be in your own country and from there, you may have a way to get it for free. For instance, I'm assuming Canadian residents have a similar ACH/EFT option for free.

After submitting missing claim tickets and sending copies of confirmation emails, TCB offered a manual adjustment for all my Park Inn stays. Upon accepting the offer, the cash back was instantly credited to all accounts and payable.
Missing cash back claim tickets were also submitted for most of my Radisson and Country Inn stays as well; however, they have now all tracked. They initially showed up as being payable at $0 with a note about the merchant denying the transaction. But now there is a second tracking for each of the stays showing the correct cash back amount. I am now just waiting for these transactions to become payable.
I was told by TCB that transactions from this merchant (Club Carlson) normally track and post as payable at $0 with the little note about the transaction being denied. However, a second tracking will take place sometime after the stay and show the correct cash back amount and that is the transaction you should pay attention to. (I guess it would make too much sense to have the payable at $0 transaction disappear at this point. They must want to keep you guessing.)
So, after some fuss and much confusion, all my transactions now seem to be headed in the right direction. However, after I receive my cash back I don't think I will be using TCB in the future. Their tracking system is just too confusing and you need to jump through too many hoops to get your money.

The following are the transactions for my wife and me through TCB:
Park Inn (Wife) 5/25-5/26 = Not tracking, support ticket sent with all information, denied. Added cut/paste from Club Carlson account, waiting.
Country Inn & Suites (Wife) 5/26-5/27 = Tracked and paid
Park Inn (Self) 5/27-5/28 = Not tracking, support ticket sent with all information, denied. Added cut/paste from Club Carlson account, waiting.
Radisson (Self) 6/16-6/17 = Tracked, confirmed with proper amount, two-weeks ago went Payable $0 but still with proper confirmed amount. Sent support ticket, told this is tracking normally.
Country Inn & Suites (Self) 6/23-6/24 = Tracked, confirmed with proper amount, two-weeks ago went Payable $0 with no confirmed amount.
Radisson (Wife) 7/12-7/13 = Tracked, confirmed with proper amount, two-weeks ago went Payable $0 but still with proper confirmed amount. Sent support ticket, told this is tracking normally.
Park Plaza (Self) 8/6-8/7 = Tracked, confirmed with proper amount.
Park Plaza (Wife) 8/6-8/7 = Tracked, confirmed with proper amount.
Referrals (Self) = 2 of 2 appeared and became payable.
General thoughts:
I have no problem with it taking 3 months to pay out, as that is roughly FatWallet's schedule as well.
My HUGE issue is with having no idea if it is tracking properly because their grid makes no sense.
On top of that, two of eight stays have not even shown up in three months despite my opening a ticket on them. One additional stay does not appear to be tracking properly.
It appears that you can only file support tickets on passthrough clicks with the last 100 days and can only ever open a ticket on a passthrough click once.
Both referrals paid out, which is nice.
Overall, if I get my payments within 90 days of staying I will be satisfied, despite the hassles of tracking and complaining. In that case I'll consider future TCB purchases if it is advantageous. Otherwise I'll get my money and not return.

After declining my stay credits and seeing $0 payable 2 weeks ago, I just happened to go on the site again and saw I had $30 payable credit, which I promptly withdrew. I still have another $70 in confirmed credit that's been pending since 2 months.
Glad to see they are at least making a constructive effort in sorting things out. ^

all of my and my wife's CC stays are finally sorted. Through a combinations of normal payout, claim tickets, and manual adjustments, and my final payout which I was told would pay out ok (and I doubted, but it cleared today to payable) I am 100% for payouts. I have to wait another 10 days to pull the final payout because I made a paypal withdrawl 4 days ago. Hopefully the money is still payable.
All in all, this has been a slow, convoluted, and painful process, but TCB made sure it was right in the end (though it took a lot of prodding on my end). Kudos to them for that. On the other hand their tracking system could use some MAJOR improvements.
If you haven't gotten your payouts keep plugging away and be patient and it will probably be resolved.

Anyway, submitted my claims.

Had the same thing happen to my Country Inns and Suites stay, tracked at $9 then a month after just wiped to zero. Have tried filing a claim dozens of times but every time the form errors out saying I'm missing info that I've filled in, hence can't file the claim.
Is there another way to get in touch with TCB? An email address that I can't seem to find on the site maybe? Do they have a US twitter...I can't find them
Edit - found "service ticket" and submitted one, hope this works for a response.

As it was explained to me by TCB, the stay is supposed to track at $0 when it passes to the column "Payable." Before that, the correct amount should have been reflected when it was under the column "Confirmed." It stays as $0 under Payable for a while until it eventually the correct cashback shows up and then you can cash it out. That's how it turned out to be in my case. You just have to be very patient. The whole process took me almost 2 months to get the cashback.

Mine has also become payable (after going to 0.00 like everyone elses) without any emails or other communication to them, I've claimed the $10 referral and the 3 Raddisson stays are now payable but I can't claim them yet as I claimed my $10 referral last week. It does seem like they are slowly getting their act together.

I got one and filed a dispute for the other. Answer came back and refiled as the reply was incorrect. I have too much else to do then to fight over 13.00 There are many better cashback companies out there and they will get my business.

My only remaining non-payment was for a Park Inn stay, so I just went to check the status of that claim. I was given the option to "Nudge" which I clicked and then was immediately offered the option to close the claim in return for a credit equal to the amount of my claim. I accepted and the credit immediately showed up in my account as payable. All of my other payments, including a few non-hotel ones have now been paid.
My husband then tried to do the same with his account, since he was only missing the Park Inn. He also 'nudged' and was made an offer to close the claim for a credit equal to the amount of his claim. He accepted. His credit hasn't shown up in his account yet, but it has only been ~ 5minutes. Based on the experience I had with my account, I am hopeful that TCB is getting everything together and it will all work out. My husband's other hotel stays paid out fine.

nacho. you posted on their facebook page right before me. Have the not contacted you and put you in touch with someone to work with? If not I would try again. They got me in touch with Ryan Capewell. It was slow as we had to do communication through tickets, but he got me sorted, and did manual adjustments where he saw problems.

I did, they sorted out the Park Inn stay, and then yesterday I sent another ticket off and told them that it's still not payable - here's what they replied:
I'm terribly sorry that your transactions have still not reached Payable, but unfortunately we're still waiting for the merchant to pass the cashback to us. It generally takes 8-12 weeks from the stay date of your transaction; but in some instances can be as fast as five weeks, and in others longer than three months.
Therefore as it has only been 2 months since your stay date, could I please ask you to allow a further 4 weeks for your transaction to progress from Confirmed to the Payable status. Also, I have looked into your transaction and can see that they have recently progressed to Confirmed (13/08/2012) we would therefore expect your cash back to progress shortly.
I do understand the pending stage, but taking 12 weeks to get cash back is a bit long :td:

The 3 claims that were paid and withdrawn by me using ACH bank transfer have also gone missing. I've yet to see it in my account.
Claim ticket for missing ACH transfer has been "under review" for over a week now.

I'm going to agree that I will not be dealing with this company in the future. It was a total hassle getting them to pay me the money they owed me. The rubbish they came up with was ludicrous. In the end, they paid me what they owed me, but it was a several month fight. Never again. I'll stick with the Ultimate Rewards mall, etc....never a fight with Chase, ever.

At least they did pay you - mine are still stuck in pending stage. It has been for 2 months now :(
You can't really do anything about it since Mr. Rebates has a 90 day policy for hotel stays also. For me the worst about TCB is the really poor tracking - I can't see if I'm tracked or not.

I see Quidco are also doing 10% cash back, I have used Quidco for a while whilst booking with Radisson, previously at 4% cashback so big bonus. They have always been slow payers but get there in the end, I never expect cash back site cash back until I see it in my account and will always chase if it doesn't track properly.
So with my next stay of combining 10% cashback and the triple points for B&B looking good for a bumper payout in cash and points!

Has anyone else experienced this?

Wow, I've been away from this thread for awhile. I just noticed TCB has the first line with my proper Order ID (Radisson Confirmation Number) etc showing the $0.00 Cash Back.
You gotta file a claim in 100 days and coincidentally today is day 99 and the first I took a look. I'll post back if/when TCB adds the correct second line and the 10% cash back, wish me luck.

Logged in recently to find, to my surprise after all this time, that all my Radisson and C&I cashbacks had finally posted, including a couple which I had opened a couple of tickets for. Promptly asked for the money to be transferred and my Paypal is showing the transaction.
This whole process was a lot more complicated/annoying than it should have been. After all this, I really don't think TCB has made a good case for why I should use it for online cash back...

Two Park Plaza, paid.

All my cashback has posted and is also on it's way to my paypal account.
Outside of the weird "tracking at $0.00" think, TCB has done right by me. I've gotten all my money and only had to submit a ticket for the Park Plaza stay which they did a manual payout for me.

Not sure what was all the fuss here. All my stays posted just fine, although were not tracking correctly at times. Money deposited using echeck to my PayPal account twice. I think that people should sometimes just chill out and just wait bit more. I have zero problems using TopCashBack in the future as long as their pay out rates are competitive.

+1 Except when:
I have referred another FTer to join TCB and they refused to pay me referral because his account is inactive. It difficult to see when someone signed up like other CB programmes.
Also when there is no proper tracking tool it's difficult for us to prove that we did shop through TCB. All my 3 CC stays were not tracked - so it boils down to their words against my word - to be it's too risky.

The fuss is that other people had completely different experiences. I still have two stays out of four that have not been credited. One is from over four months ago that has never tracked at all and has had a ticket open for three months and has twice been sent to the merchant. The other, from three months ago, tracked fine for a couple of months and then just disappeared without a word. I filed a claim on the second one and it is also being sent off for investigation. If it was tracking properly with the correct amount and confirmation, and I stayed and paid, why was it not credited?
If the stuff never tracks, why would TCB ever pay it? If the stuff actually stops tracking and disappears, why would TCB pay it? They would not. Sitting back until it is too late to file a claim is unlikely to get any useful results. I didn't file tickets just because it was taking too long to pay out, I filed tickets because they were not tracking the purchases at all. Waiting three months for cashback in no big deal, not getting paid at all is.

I went back to fatwallet because I have NEVER had any issues with them. I booked alot of different stuff (priceline bidding, online purchases, etc) and I am 100% for them paying out. I don't mind waiting their required waiting time but I never had to do anything further.
I have 4-5 claims with topcashback and my wife also have 4-5 claims that show big fat ZERO's for payouts.
I rather have 3.5% from FW that is reliable than 8-10% where I have to hassle on getting payouts.
Just booked approx $86 Radisson (base) rate with FW. I shouldn't have to follow up with TCB just to get paid. FW always pays!!!

I rather take less with Fatwallet as they are 100% in payouts over the past several years. TCB is too much hassle. I don't have the time to pursue cash back with TCB but I will out of principle. My wife & I have several payouts with big fat "ZERO's" that I will have to hassle with. And all our points posted with ClubCarlson! I rather take that time and fill out CC applications for >$500 in travel value than deal with TCB. Easier to get lower rebates with FW and be done with it.
I am 100% payouts with FW and <20% with TCB. Guess who will get my future business. ;) FW of course!
