France - Can't decide between two hotels in Paris

I have the following two hotels booked on points and cannot decide which will work best for us for a 4 night stay in Paris in July.
Radisson Blu Champs Elysees - 78bis Avenue Marceau - http://www.radissonblu.com/hotelchampselysees-paris
Hilton Arc de Triomphe - 51-57 Rue de Courcelles - http://www3.hilton.com/en/hotels/france/hilton-arc-de-triomphe-paris-hotel-PARDTHI/index.html
We just want to enjoy the basic tourist sites, shopping and normal things while in Paris. We are not big museum people so their proximity is not a big part of the decision making process. Overall convenience of getting around the city and having food option within a decent walking distance of the area are important.
Satisfaction ratings on TA are pretty even for both hotels with the Hilton getting 86% Excellent or Very Good ratings and the Radisson Blu getting 84%. The Radisson's location looks a bit better since it is closer to the Champs Elysees. It is also a much smaller hotel with only 46 rooms so it would have a more personal intimate feel. The Hilton seems like a larger tourist/convention type of property with 460+ rooms.
Any comments which could help me decide between the two are appreciated.

does either provide free breakfast?(worth $50-60)? i have never been in that hilton, but i bet it will be just like home(the baltimore hilton). take the one closest to a metro stop, or close to two metro lines.

Radisson is the better location, IMHO and also much much of a smaller outfit.

No free breakfast at either on award stays. I could upgrade my HH Amex to the Surpass Card for $75 and get Gold HH status prior to the stay which would get me lounge access which includes breakfast. Right now with HH Silver I don't anticipate getting anything. With Club Carlson I'm also Silver but that usually also doesn't amount to much other than maybe a nicer view room but typically not free breakfast.
There are Metro stops near both of the hotels.
I have not stayed in either hotel but I prefer the Radisson's location to the Hilton's. That being said, slawecki's point is well taken concerning breakfast. If you're sure you can get breakfast by upgrading to the Surpass card I would take the breakfast if you're looking to save some bucks.

Radisson Blu Champs Elysées is very close to Arc de Triomphe, but Hilton ... Arc de Triomphe is not (at all).
I have never stayed at these hotels but had lunch at both.
Service is very good in both of them.
Radisson Blu is perhaps less recent but I prefer its design (more cozy/boutique hotel atmosphere, when Hilton is more bling bling kitsch).
If you do not have access to the executive lounge of Hilton, go to Radisson Blu.
Remember that you can have continental breakfast in any café for less than 10 euros.

I think the choice between a hotel near the airport or one in the city would be an easy decision but if the Radisson doen't allow a crib then you are stuck out by the airport. I personally would think they will do a crib but you will probably be charged for it.

Thanks for the comments. Leaning towards the Radisson due to the location and size. I also think that it will be easier to spend the HH points on future vacations due to their larger footprint than Radisson. I would get a good bang for my Radisson CC points here since the room rate comes in at Euro 400 per night. Unsure of where else I could get a Radisson redemption like that.
