I am looking for feedback on the best way to deal with a points issue. I tried resolving it with the hotel and with Priority Club, both keep telling me to contact the other for the points. I mostly want my 15,000 points from someone.

I made 3 reservations for 5 days each on the Go Green Package rate. This rate gives you an additional 1,000 points a day if you do not get housekeeping during your stay. This was perfect for me because I rarely want housekeeping services.

After the first week, the Go Green points did not post so I talked to the hotel. They got with Priority Club to find out about the points but never got a clear answer. By the third week, the points had not posted and I was advised by the hotel that they were not responsible for the points and that I should file a request with Priority Club.

I filed a request for all 3 weeks of points, 15,000 total. After a few weeks, I received a reply that I needed to contact the hotel for the points.

So the hotel says it is the responsibility of Priority Club and Priority Club says it is the responsibility of the hotel.

Any ideas what to do next?

almost always if you call PC, get the phillipines, accept your 10-15 minute runaround getting abosultely nowhere, then ask for a supervisor, you will get the USA and they almost always sort it instantly as they are looking to award you goodwill points when they can.

After 20 minutes of the runaround, asked to speak with a supervisor three times, got disconnected/hung up on when they said they would transfer me.

It was actually kinda funny, not in a good way. It took 3 or 4 tries to give my account number and have them look me up and I am still not sure they pulled up the right account. The guy was totally useless and clueless and kept talking about all sorts of rules and promotions and everything else except what I was asking about.

Now I am not only annoyed I did not get my points, I am pissed at the incredibly low quality of customer service. :td: to Priority Club
