LAN LANPASS - Bothersome LAN reconfirmations

LAN keeps sending me reconfirmation emails for non-existent flight changes, just got another this morning for a flight already reconfirmed.

The annoying thing is that the flight has not changed but it shows as pending confirmation on my booking. Now the page to reconfirm doesnt work either.

Two people flying on separate PNRs and the other guy has a complicated surname, bored already of having to look up PNRs, how to spell the other guy's surname then go to the website and reconfirm for fear that if I don't do so I will be denied boarding.

Glitch or what with this flight to LET?

I'd be thrilled to see my reservation still in their system, without changes. Glass half full, glass half full...:p

What happened once for sure was that LAN changed a flight and the next day changed it back so, when I looked it was the same time / same flight, but they needed a confirmation of change because they had made a change.. well, two changes.

I think LAN is still pissed at you for going to Uruguay when the rest of us went to the LANPASS breakfast in LIM. I suspect LAN will leave you out in the cold until they buy Pluna

Happened to me on a BOG-SMR-BOG previously and recently they sent a flight notification change for an upcoming BOG-LET-BOG... maybe it is a LAN Coloooombia idiosyncrasy ;)
