Star Alliance - Star 15th Anniversary Game - UA numbers don't work?

Star Alliance is running a contest for their 15th anniversary, but when I tried to enter my United number (former Continental number) it balks, asking me to enter a "valid" FFP number.

Interesting, would not take my "new" UA#, which was my old CO#, but did accept my old UA#. Wonder how many here will qualify for the 15k bonus miles for flying the most Star Alliance carriers.

15k bonus for being among the 15 (!) most frequent flyers to use the most alliance airlines? I am finding that rather stingy. That's a total 225,000 miles splitted among the winners... I guess it's better than nothing but it won't make me go out of my way in the least.
