Finnair Plus - Finnair rules/fees for change and cancellation

When you book at finnair site, it shows the name of the booking class and a short version of the rules. Like
Changes are permitted, subject to certain limitations, against a change fee before departure within the time of validity of the ticket. Please check exact time of validity at the Finnair office.
What are these "certain limitations"? I can't seem to find these rules spelled out anywhere. Sometimes the description tells me more about the rules, but for some fares, there is just no telling how/when I can change/cancel and how much money I will lose. Is there a list over the rules?
Also, some times I see that the same fare class can have different names, and different rules I guess. For example, Y can both be EconFullyFlex and CorporateEcon. I have noticed that the short text describing the rules then can change, even though it is the same fare class. Anyone know anything about this?

For public fare class tickets which can be changed for a fee the limitation is usually that there has to be availability in the original fare class + naturally you have to stay within ticket validity.
Corporate fares are contract fares so you'd better consult your travel agent for details.

This is one of the reason I have used the same travel agency for 14 years, her figuring out what are the changing/cancellation rules because the same booking class rule may vary from route to route. It is a nightmare to figure it out yourself.
Anyway in order to be able to change the ticket requires same booking class and still it may have change fee e.g. for 300e. If the same booking class is not available, you pay change fee plus the difference in ticket cost. Even the destination and departure city can be changed inside same ticket, within hieroglyphical rules that travelagencies can understand.

My example was maybe a bit off. A better example is that the two published fares "Business Campaign" and "Business Saver" both books into class "I", but they have different rule-texts in the finnair booking engine (or rather, the campaign fair have almost no description at all, only "is restricted"). From the booking site I cannot determine if there are any differences in rules between the two.

OK, thanks, that was what I was afraid of. I usually have not needed to think about change or cancellations before.
Strange though that AY can sell stuff from a webpage to a regular consumer and not publish the rules. I don't think it would be legal under swedish law.

Just a few days after this conversation, suddenly a link saying "Detailed fare rules" started to appear on the page where you get the final quote. It showed a pop-up-window with ALL the fare rules. That was exactly what I was looking for, so I was happy.
But now it seems to have disappeared again.
