Travel Technology - Blackberry translation app

Question. Does anyone know of an app for Blackberry that will translate from one language to another, but does not require internet access? I will be traveling but will have my phones data turned off. So i am looking for an app that i could use for translation during this time. All the ones i see require network access.

I doubt it would ever exist. The sheer volume of potential translations mean you're loading massive amounts of data, likely overloading your available memory.
