National - Car Classifications

Hello all,

I was wondering about the multiplicity of different classes (UXAR, GXAR, FXAR, PXAR, RXAR) existing and discussed on the forum that I couldn't see on National website at the time of booking.

Does it mean that with a premium booking, you can choose from multiple classes (premium, Premium Elite, Fullsize Elite, Fullsize Special, Premium Special, Standard Elite) or only that National at IAD only has Premium and not the other classes?

In other words : Does the premium aisle on the lot typically carries premium only or some of the other classes as well?

I'm new at this, so sorry if my questions are a bit basic...

PCAR is Premium

PXAR is Premium elite (not elite status)

Elite classes can't be reserved in advance. They may be available - at a surcharge, or offered when non-elite choices are slim.
