He tried to open the aircraft door but, the flight just return back to BOS. I believe he very extremely intoxicated. The state police were took him into custody. He could deserved him banned flying on airlines for the life. This flight is on the way from BOS-PHL.

Was he a DYKWIA? Well he won't be for much longer, he'll be charged with interfeering with a flight crew and have a good year or two in the slammer to think about it.

No, he is not on the flight. Yes, he could be charged with interfering with a flight crew. He would deserved him banned flying on US Airways for a few years. Maybe he will spent in prison for 6-month to 20 years in maximum security facility.

If you read the article, it says the passenger appeared "out of it" and was "mumbling incoherently", and apparently didn't put up much of a fight.

Sounds like a case of sleepwalking or hypoglycemia.

But thanks for assuming that everyone acting strange on an airplane has criminal intent.

Thanks for posting -- I saw the jet surrounded by fire trucks as I was flying out of BOS this afternoon and wondered what it was.
