Emirates Skywards - Does anyone know where the Online Refund Request page has gone?

Hi all.

I am trying to find that online refund request page in the new site . . .

now Skywards directed me to this page http://www.emirates.com/uk/english/help/contact_us/eticket_refund_request.aspx?form=5&category=9&topic=CC

But, I am not sure this page fits the bill . . . as a mandatory question it asks "How can we help?" :confused: near the bottom and looks like a generic customer service Q&A form...?

I fired it off anyway - but didn't get the usual email acknowledgment of my refund request, which is worrying.

Does anyone know if I am in the right place, or have a link to the correct Refund Request form?

ps. Perhaps next year we can hope that EK upgrades this ridiculous phone call + online form combo process for cancelling tickets!!

Yes you submit the generic request and they respond in a couple of days.

It appears the page I linked to earlier is the correct page for refund request.
