JAL Mileage Bank - 73H C class service from TPE to NRT

I will have a JL C class travel from TPE to NRT will departs from TPE in the noon and operated by 73H.

I am surprised 73H equipped with PTV. Is it VOD or broadcasting?

I ordered seafood special meal. May i know it is usually Western or Japanese style?

It's equipped with MAGIC-IV, which is full AVOD in all classes. But it has less program selection than MAGIC-III and MAGIC-V. You can find the IFE program listings here: http://www.jal.co.jp/en/inflight/inter/jen/

Here is a J seafood meal (http://alohacocoon.blog.mo-hawaii.com/1355.html) from KIX-HNL -- it's from 2010, though, so it may not be exactly representative of what you'd get on TPE-NRT (especially since it mostly likely will not be catered in Japan).

I checked JL sample menu for this route and noticed the Japanese style meal are always with pork main course.

I prefer Japanese food, especially in JL C class, but I don't really like pork.

You don't have to place your order this early. You will know the July menu in mid/late June. For seafood meals you only have to order 25 hours before departure by phone or 72 hours before departure online. They might even be able to give you the special seafood menu by then.

But of course, meal options can run out. So even if seafood is listed as an option in the regular menu, if you really want seafood meal but nothing else, you should just place the special order.
