I will be flying DOH-DEL in business with my wife arriving at 3:00am. Our connecting flight leaving DEL for Varnanesi is not until about 10:00am. Is there a Qatar lounge that would be open that we can shower, rest, etc. that's accessible to arriving passengers who are connecting domestically. If not, can anyone recommend an airport hotel for a short stay?

If not, a Qater lounge, is there another suitable lounge accessible to Star Alliance Gold member?

The pods are quite cheap and fine.

Flying in from Paris on Delta/Air France to Delhi in oct at about 10.30 pm, and flying out to Kolkata at 6.30 am, able to access the maurya sheraton lounge via delta, trying to decide between the lounge and the pod, sorry if this the wrong area

Probably better if you try the Delta forum or (maybe better) the sub-forum: Destinations > Asia.

So, we leave in a few days and I'm still a bit confused on Lounge Options. Facts: we arrive on QR in business class with a 7 hour layover; We're star alliance gold; I have an AMEX USA issued Business Platinum Card. Whats our best option on arriving? The Plaza Premium Lounge? Is that free for Plat Card holders? It seems to be.
