Travel Tools - Is awardtravlr.com Reliable?

Just wondering if any of you use this site to check availability?

I can see availability for a flight that I want but I've just called the ICC and they don't have it. Could it just be a timing thing and maybe I should call back later?

I have used it without any problem. I believe that it uses the ANA data so you could double check there and call back

Do you have a link to ANA? I lost mine when I reformatted my PC and couldn't install the Firefox grease monkey.

I see that the flights I wanted aren't showing any more. They were there late last night and first thing this morning but they're gone now!!

I am using awardtravlr.com and I am very pleased. 100% matches ANA tool in my experience.

Is this website still up?

Used it many times to good effect. Snagged some CX F last week when AA couldn't find it. It gets overloaded and freezes up fairly frequently (especially on weekends). wj

so the owners are actually using their own ANA account to launch the realtime query?

We had an outage today due to overwhelming search requests, even though we have multiple servers (>3) handling the searches. We just added 1 more server and hopefully that eases traffic. Thanks for using our tool!

I used it recently for Skyteam searches and it was great - I was able to do 7-day search for Sept/Oct quick and easy! BTW - crossed checked with KVS and EP and all in sync.
