Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer - Website can't price MEL-SFO award

Has anyone encountered this error before? I can't seem to price an Australia-US award in First on the website, because I'm getting this error:

"Please select all segments for a give flight selection."

If I have to call to book the award, will the call center honor the 15% online booking discount since it's a website error?

Yes, I have had this error. For me it has sometimes been that I have the sector selection "radio buttons' selected in a non-permitted way. When looking at the flights and choosing waitlists I might have had Sector 1 from Departure pair A and then Sector A&B of Departure pair C.

Other times it is just the website playing up.

I have usually just resubmitted the search and it works.

I just tried some random dates today MEL - SFO and was able to price an itin.

Y = 85,000 miles + $1034 taxes if that helps.

SQ First Saver oneway is ~120,000 miles after discount...
Star Alliance First oneway is ~130,000 no discount

and timing SQ MEL-SFO is much better than SFO-MEL , though the former is still an 8 hour premium over flying UA via SYD. But UA doesn't serve caviar :)
