Email just received saying my FF statements will switch to on line versions from November 2011. But the message concludes by saying that as a WP I can switch back to paper statements any time by following the links.

I guess I will switch back to paper statements when November cpmes.

This is one item I am quite happy to get through the snail mail. Saves me printing it out at home.

I thought they are going to switch totally? Am i wrong? I prefer paper statement even if it is once per year. I think once per quarter is too much. Once per year is nice.

What do you do with the paper statements? I haven't had one for as long as I can remember. Last thing I want is more paper!

My little mind works quicker and better with printed paper. Too long time staring at computer screen make damages to my eye sights and brain. I hate all the companies now publish their annual report online instead of printed paper. It is so much easier to look at statstics on paper.

With Qantas I prefer the paper statement because I actually need to keep a track record of my flying.

I also like a paper statement as I have a physical record for the past few years... you can't view QF online statements past 18 months. :(

I always forget. Paper statements I get automatically. Also I can't see online statements past ~18 months or so. If they want you to go to online statements they should make all history available. :p

Agree QF should keep all on line and make more available. Disk storage is cheap now

Same here. It's hard to remember and time consuming to do when you have 20 other things that give statements. Next thing you know some statements have gone past the 18 month threshold.

I´ve always had online statements, but they send me paper statements anyway once or twice a year.
