Hi All,
For select dates in May, you can do a MR on US Air from RDU to San Juan RT for $180 AI for same day turns, and as low as $171 AI RT for 1 day turnarounds.
I booked a same day turn on US Air with 5 Segments and almost 4000 miles :). Depending on the route you take, you will get no worse than about 4.7 cpm.
Not many seats left, but if you're flexible over the next two weeks, you will likely get a spot.

I only see $180 May 12 on ITA... other dates were $210 for same day turns

There are a couple of next day and 2 to 3 day turns as well. You can leave on May 7th and come back on May 8th for $180, 12th-13th for $182, 7th-12th, etc. Just need to play with the calendar a bit on US' website.

DC has the route for about $250 RT, but it's not so much of a MR at that point.

This is still around - the above routing (which has overnights in DC and PHL - there may be better routings if people look around a bit) gets 3.5cpm or around $30/segment, which is pretty good for people based in RDU.
