Hi, Hoping a few of you can answer some questions:
1) I have booked two award rooms for several nights at the Park Hyatt Vendome (PHV - Paris) using points from my Diamond account. There are two of us in each room. Since the rooms are booked from my account, will the people in BOTH rooms get the Diamond benefits (breakfast/lounge access, assuming they are both Diamond benefits at PHV)?
2) I have currently booked regular rooms. As a Diamond member using award points, is my room available for an upgrade to the next category if they have availability? Is the other room I booked using points from my account eligible for upgrade if they have availability?
3) My partner has a Hyatt credit card and we may apply the two free award nights at the PHV. If I (a Diamond member) stay in the room with him (a Platinum member), would we be eligible for my Diamond benefits?
