SAS EuroBonus - EBG now at 50K - where is it?

From May 4 you are supposed to only need 50 000 points to achieve Gold status. I have 55 000 but my online member status still says Silver. Anyone else having the same problem?

It might be because it is weekend and there was a public holiday in DK/SE this week. Give it a couple of days next week or contact EB Customer Service.

Im sure it's a 'system thing', I had the same problem some years back and when I called they explained that I needed a flight activity to make the database to activate the new EBG level. They fixed it while I was waiting on the phone and even sent me proof so I could show in the loung because I was flying the same day! Good service!!

Perfect - Normally Customer Service is doing a good job and solve most one the phone (based on my own experience). I have been so lucky to see the application running the EB program and I can tell that it is not one of the newest one. It have not been changed since they started 20 years ago :-) So sometimes funny things can happen :-)
