All Nippon Airways Mileage Club - Phantom ANA availability on Starnet

So I was playing around with Ua.com and Aeroplan.com And I noticed both are reporting plenty of inaccurate inventory of ANA flights, Eg reporting First Class availability on NRT-SEA which is only going to be a 2 class operation. Also all dummy booking I did with any ana segments resulted in errors so something odd is happening.

They are using 77W for the route by far, so I don't think it's a 2 class operation.

have a look on ana website do a dummy booking an pull up the seat map you will see only business class offered including the 8 front seats which would normally be 1st class.

I see this problem from last week, I can't see any NH award ticket now.
I called UA about this problem, first guy didn't understand anything, but second guy understood. He will report to his manager and may fix this problem soon(?).

What I've noticed on the UA website is that you can't see ANA flights on their own -- only if they connect to something else. For instance you can't see ANA's nonstop if you search for NRT-IAD, but you can see it if you search for NRT-RDU. But even then you get an error message if you try to book. Very weird.

I checked combine flight "LAX-BKK", it shows 5/31 NH5-UA803 First class and NH1005-TG641 First class are available.

NH5-UA803 First class: NH5 F is not available if you check ANA site.
NH1005-TG641 First class : NH1005 does not have First class.

UA site is mess on ANA.

I'm seeing this with Aeroplan also. Can't see NRT-SEA but can see ICN-NRT-SEA

Was having this same experience of ANA award availability (particularly in F) that was showing as available but wasn't bookable... then I came across the opposite problem. Was looking at flights from LAX to NRT and NH005 was not even showing up online. Checked ANA's site, which showed F availability in Feb. for several dates. Called UA and they were able to book the ticket without any trouble...not sure what's going on with UA.com's available inventory but they're obviously still working out some glitches.
