Nordic Countries - Iceland car rental using award points?

Does anyone know of a car rental agency in Iceland where I can use points? I called Hertz and Iceland isn't one of the countries on the allowed list.
I'm willing to explore point accrual for a specific rental agency given prices are over $80 USD/day for a compact automatic car before fees, add-ons, and gravel insurance.
Thanks!

International rentals on award points are limited to say the least. Hertz began such a scheme in the past year or so, and you can only rent manual/stick shift cars in a limited number of countries. Iceland is a small market and I doubt you will find what you are looking for. $80 per day seems pretty reasonable given how expensive Iceland is. I would suggest you reset your expectations.

Thanks. I know $80 per day is reasonable for Iceland. I'm prepared to pay that and am aware of the gas prices. I figured I would ask since it could be a tidy savings for a multi-day rental.
