Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan - Rapid Rebook @ PDX

Tucked away at the bottom of the page announcing the exit row standardization (http://www.alaskaair.com/content/travel-info/making-travel-easier.aspx?SOC=FB_||20120430_AW||) there is also new information about Rapid Rebook kiosks at PDX, to rebook if your flight is cancelled or delayed 30 minutes or more. Won't be of much use in PDX for delays unless you're on the Seattle Shuttle. I assume since this hasn't been posted no one here has gotten to use them yet?

Interesting. We had to rebook on Sunday night at PDX after our flight to BUR was cancelled. Luckily there were plenty of agents on hand, so I'm not sure I'd have bothered with a kiosk, but I could see if the airport was really busy how this would be helpful.
