American Express Membership Rewards - Forex Fees on UK AMEX Cards

I'm located in the UK and am trying to decide between the BA AMEX (Prem Plus), the Platinum, the SPG AMEX and the Preferred Rewards Gold but am having trouble finding out information regarding fees on foreign spending... is the forex fee for each of these cards 2.99%?
