:-)

I've never been to Scottsdale but most comments on this property were just fabulous!

I stayed at the Hyatt at Gainey Ranch in April. Here is my experience: I was given a room with a view of the alley next to the kitchen. Also, the doormen were not available to assist with our bags (including 2 golf bags) on arrival and departure. I had to ask for the Diamond amenity at check-in and two hours later. However, the pool area is nice and the golf course is well kept.

Have stayed there many times. Many rooms can be subject to noise. Service is irregular. I've decided not to stay there again, despite the beautiful grounds and public areas. Everytime I have stayed there I've had some hassle.
