Other Car Rental Programs (ie. Alamo, Enterprise) - Alamo deals after 6/30

Most of the good deals and offers end 6/30 (1st half of year).

Can I expect that Alamo will start advertising discounts etc for the 2nd half of the year?
I am looking to book a car for Vegas in Oct.
