Yes, there is. I don't exactly know the rates. In the parking lot at T1 or parking building at T2, the daily rate was raised to R$ 50,00 last year, but there was complaints. They promised to have lower rates at the parking lot nicknamed "Big Dust" (Poeirão), but since I never used long-term parking, I don't know what happened there. There are no road signs to "Big Dust", so I would go to the regular parking lot and ask for directions and prices. You would have to speak Portuguese though, since the people there won't be able to help you otherwise.

I leave my car there regularly for three to four days never with a problem. My car is a new BMW, so it would seem to be an attractive target. I never leave anything visible in the car even though it is hard to see through the tinted glass anyway.

I've never had any safety issues there. I prefer using the T2 parking lot even when my flight is leaving from T1 as it seems to be a lot easier to find a spot in the roofed area there.
