India - Two new Hyatt properties in India

Specifically looking forward to the one in Gurgaon.

Good to know. I looked at the linked page and read "55 Hyatt properties in India" and thought :confused::confused: Then I read further and saw that the 55 number refers to properties under development; there are only nine existing. So if I live long enough, I will get to stay in more Hyatts in India, I guess.


With 55 hotels under development in India, Hyatt plans to offer its full portfolio of brands in the rapidly growing market. There are:

5 Park Hyatt hotels under development, in addition to two already open
2 Andaz hotels under development
4 Grand Hyatt hotels under development, in addition to two already open
1 Hyatt hotel under development
19 Hyatt Regency hotels under development, in addition to five already open
23 Hyatt Place hotels under development
1 HYATT house hotel under development

its about time hyatt did something in india....spg is set to open some 20+ properties over the next few years....
