Hello,
new to the flying blue program due to relocation. First international C-class trip and tried to get the miles credited to my account after the flight. My flight was booked in Z class (cheap business class) The web page told me no full fare ticket no miles ..... ;-( Is that right ?
thanks
JR

Was it a KL flight number? And if not, what were the marketing and operating airlines?

The Flying Blue partner pages (http://www.klm.com/travel/gb_en/flying_blue/earn_and_spend_miles/flying_blue_partners/index.htm) for KLM show Z-class earning 250% in Europe, and 125% for all other flights.

I had some flights in Z last week, which have already credited correctly.

Or was your ticket on some special fare, which isn't available to the general public, but which booked into Z? The FB terms and conditions (http://www.klm.com/travel/gb_en/flying_blue/welcome_to_flying_blue/all_about_flying_blue/terms_and-conditions.htm) do say:
Non-public fares are not eligible for mileage accumulation. In particular, Award tickets, travel industry reduced rates, free or non-revenue tickets, military or government tickets are excluded from Miles accumulation

Assuming this flight was AF or KL coded, you will definitely receive miles.

it was KLM and coded as KLM on KLM ticket stock, but of course my employer a big company gets special pricing. so we will see. thanks

Usually I can see my new miles 4 days after I took the flight. Last trip I travelled Z and got 125% for long haul and 250% for Europe short haul.

How long ago you took the flight?

Even on most corporate fares, you should get miles.
