Amex Membership Rewards points, Chase Ultimate Rewards points, and Starwood points all transfer to BA 1:1.

There are offers out there for 50,000 points for the Amex Platinum and the Chase Sapphire Preferred. There's a 25,000-point offer for the Starwood Amex.

Until the end of the month, Amex is offering a 50% bonus on transfers to BA.

Other than the BA card, the best sign-up bonus related to Avios is the Ink Bold at 50,000 UR points that can go to Avios or the Sapphire Preferred at 40,000 points that can go to Avios. However, the best overall deal right now is moving Membership Reward points to Avios with a 50% bonus. Best public offers is the Mercedes Benz Amex for 50K with the $475 sign-up fee, or you can go fee-free the first year with the Amex Premier Rewards Gold for 25K (though the points won't post in time to transfer for the 50% bonus at this point as it ends at the end of May).
